In order to be listed in the Fan-Friendly Vendor Directory, businesses must sell items related to one of the fandoms covered by BCSFA (Anime, Costuming, Fantasy, Gaming, Historical Recreation, Model & Miniatures, Science Fiction, Space Science, Rocket Science Links, Mad Science, or Writing), and qualify as "fan-friendly" by one or more of the following actions:
- Advertising in BCSFAzine
- Linking to BCSFA.net
- Buying a Dealer's Table at VCON
- Advertising in the VCON Program Book
- Paying to have flyers inserted in the Registration Packs for VCON
- Distributing Flyers for VCON
- Displaying a Poster for VCON
- Linking to the VCON Web Site
If you run (or are a fan of) a business which qualifies by these rules, but is not listed in this directory, please contact the webmaster, and provide the name, URL, and street address for the business you wish to see listed. If the web site for that business has a link to BCSFA.net, then the directory entry for that business can also have a link graphic to show our gratitude, so please provide a link graphic in (non-animated) GIF, JPEG, or PNG format, up to 120 pixels wide and 42 pixels high.
